RCX Sports requires every League Operator to have a written Emergency Action Plan (EAP) in place for each venue where your league practices or plays games. This isn't optional. It needs to be posted at the venue, rehearsed with your staff and coaches, and reviewed and updated annually, before the season starts.

Your EAP must include, at minimum:

• Names, locations, and cell phone numbers for potential responders, emergency personnel, and local medical resources
• The exact location of all AEDs at the facility
• The exact location of at least one first aid kit
• The fastest route from the field to where EMS will arrive
• A clear procedure for activating trained staff and contacting local authorities
• The key steps for responding to a cardiac emergency

This template is designed to help you fill in those required details for each of your venues. Once completed, keep it posted somewhere accessible on-site (like the team bench or check-in table) and make sure your coaches and staff know where to find it.
